Anyone that knows me knows that I think very highly of David Simon. The man is behind some of the best television in the history of the medium (THE WIRE, HOMICIDE, THE CORNER, GENERATION KILL). Plus, he has great taste in women (David is married to the fabulous Laura Lippman).
Vice magazine has a long, in depth interview with David. This is a must-read. David shares his thoughts not just on his paste work, but on the world around us.
Now David needs to stop doing killer interviews and get back to work! I am dying to see TREME. I get that you need to eat and sleep, but can you just cut out all of the other stuff? At least until season one is completed.
