This is our latest in a series of author’s sharing photos of where they work when they create the great books we love to read. I find it interesting that the work spaces seem to be a different at the writing styles.

Don Passman:
Because I have a family and a “day gig”, I’ve had to learn how to get into and out of the writing zone quickly.
So even if I only have a half hour, I can jump into the writing, jump back out at the end, then come back later and pick it right up. As to the desk, well, a neat, uncluttered desk is the sign of a sick mind.
Don’s latest is THE AMAZING HARVEY

Rachel Howzell Hall:
‘When I’m not writing in my car, I’m writing on the couch in my clean, well-lighted living room.” If you’d like a wider shot with me in it — that’s attached, too.
Rachel’s next book is LAND OF SHADOWS coming in June

Jenny Milchman:
“I used to write in a converted closet. Now I have a window, and a whole room. It’s the dining room of the house we rented between book tours. So I’m not quite in a dedicated writing room yet, but who really needs a dining room? Eating in the kitchen works fine, and all winter long, I got to look out at the creek and the deer and the snow, which as some of you know, I love…”
Jenny’s latest is RUIN FALLS
