ABC has ordered nine more episodes of CASTLE, the humorous crime drama that features Nathan Fillion as mystery writer Rick Castle. Rick follows homicide dective Kate Beckett (Stana Katic) around, using her as his inspiration for his new protagonist Nikki Heat.
The series is fairly light stuff, but Nathan and Stana have chemistry and the show is just plain fun.
The season started out with an order for 13 eps, so the season’s total will be 22.
