The DVD release marks the home video debut of the Cannell Cult Classic.
Jeff Goldblum stars as the naïve, terminally-square stockbroker Lionel “Brown Shoe” Whitney who fantasizes of becoming a hardboiled private eye like his fictional literary hero, investigator Mark Savage. Ben Vereen is E.L. “Tenspeed” Turner, a fast-talking con artist who is out on parole and looking for his next big score. Through a chance encounter, this unlikely duo team up and form their very own detective agency.

SILK STALKINGS – Season one
This Stephen J. Cannell cult favorite series follows homicide detectives Rita Lance (Mitzi Kapture) and Chris Lorenzo (Rob Estes) as they investigate “Silk Stalkings,” or sexually motivated murders. The investigations are laced with lace and spiced with innuendo as Palm Beach’s finest delve into the steamy underbelly of high society.
This action-packed, Emmy®-nominated drama enjoyed a loyal following during its run on the USA network from 1991-1999.
