HBO has ordered a full season for Michael Mann and David Milch’s LUCK.
LUCK is set in the world of horse racing, looking at not just the gamblers, but the jockeys, owners and the rest of the industry. Michael Mann (HEAT, THE INSIDER) is directing, with Milch (NYPD BLUE, DEADWOOD) writing.

The cast, for the pilot, includes Dustin Hoffman, Dennis Farina, John Ortiz, Kevin Dunn, Richard Kind, Jason Gedrick, Ritchie Coster, Ian Hart, Tom Payne, Kerry Condon, Gary Stevens and Nick Nolte.
