Oh happy day!
It looks like Matthew McConaughey WILL NOT be playing Thomas Magnum.
On the MTV blog, producer Brian Glazer debunked the chatter than MM has been offered the role.
When asked, Glazer said “No. I think the idea for ‘Magnum P.I.’ is to find a counterpoint. To not try and find the new Tom Selleck but to find someone that is just so different that you go, oh my God! That guy is Magnum?!?”
Magnum is being written and directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber (Dodgeball).
