Informant Media has optioned William Dielh’s Hooligans. The option includes a screenplay Diehl before his death.
After Dunestown becomes filled with gambling and prostitution, Jack Kilmer puts together a group of ex-cops, called the Hooligans, for the purpose of taking down the Cincinnati Triad, the mafia behind these activities.
Michael Simpson will be doing a rewrite of Diehl’s script.
In addition to Hooligans, Diehl’s 27 has been optioned and Sharky’s Machine is going to be remade.
