Tomorrow, MGM/Fox will be releasing THELMA AND LOUISE on Blu-ray. To celebrate that, the ladies are the subject of our Monday Movie Quote.
Thelma (Geena Davis): Hey Louise, better slow down, I’ll just die if we get caught over a speeding ticket. Are you sure we should be driving like this, I mean in broad daylight and everything?
Louise Sawyer (Susan Sarandon) : No we shouldn’t, but I want to put some distance between us and the SCENE OF OUR LAST GOD DAMNED CRIME!
[Thelma laughs and screams]
Thelma: Oh man! You wouldn’ta believed it, it was like I was doing it all my life, nobody woulda believed it.
Louise Sawyer: Think you found your calling?
Thelma: May-be… may-be.
[gets up in her seat]

For those that have not seen it, T&L are a couple of ladies that decide to hit the road, escape their everyday lives, and raise a little hell. Unfortunately, the hell gets out of control and they soon find themselves on the run from the police. After initially fearing their situation, they soon embrace it and never look back.
