I would like to introduce you to Crimespree Cinema’s official mascot: Nero the Turkey Vulture.
Nero resides at The Raptor center at the University of Minnesota. He is an educational bird (Which means he is a perminant resident of the center. Starting January first, we are “adopting” Nero.
There are several different educational birds at the center, owls, eagles, hawks and whatnot. The reason for picking Nero is quite simple: Nobody else wants to! For some odd reason, he does not appeal to most.
He is 34 years old and is a bit of a trickster with a wonderfully wry sense of humor. He enjoys sunbathing and stinky fish.
Here is a video of Nero shreading a phone book.
That is one ugly bird. I am sure he is very cool, but very ugly.
I can think of a few books I would like to give him to tear up.
nero rocks.
I love Nero!!!!
I came to this via Google. I live in the Cities and love the Raptor Center.
Viva la Nero!!!!!!!!!!!
The Robert Redford of buzzards.
