The folks at IGN have been kind enough to share the Red Band trailer for DRIVE. Based on a story by James Sallis, Drive is a dark tale set in Southern California and Arizona, and centers on a stuntman (Ryan Gosling) who is also a wheelman during robberies. Things get really crazy when he discovers that a hit has been put on him. In addtion to Gosling, the cast includes Carey Mulligan (AN EDUCATION, the upcoming WALL STREET II: MONEY NEVER SLEEPS), Albert Brooks (BROADCAST NEWS, OUT OF SIGHT), Ron Perlman (HELLBOY) and Bryan Cranston (BREAKING BAD).
Nicolas Winding Refn (PUSHER trilogy, BRONSON, VALHALLA RISING) is directing a screenplay by Oscar nominee Hossein Amini (THE WINGS OF THE DOVE, KILLSHOT).
