My top 5 TV shows (in no particular order)
1. I’ve always been intrigued by cults, their charismatic leaders, and the devoted followers. That’s why THE FOLLOWING naturally drew my attention. Joe Carroll, the villain, is an absolute mesmerizing perfect leader.
2. There’s something deliciously (pun intended) creepy about HANNIBAL. It’s one of those shows you want to watch, you’re curious about, and yet you do watch with a cringe. Yes, good ole’ Lecter. Thomas Harris was a genius creating that one.
3. I’ve made no secret that DEXTER inspired my new Killer Instinct series. Dexter is this awesome vigilante/serial killer with a moral code. We know he’s killing people, but we cheer him on. After all, he’s ridding the streets of violent offenders!
4. Now I know 4 and 5 on this list are nothing like the first three. I think I must have been a ballroom dancer in my former life. I just love DANCING WITH THE STARS. Especially Latin night. Those hips don’t lie! Maybe if they have DANCING WITH THE WRITERS I’ll apply. Ha!
5. Lastly, NASHVILLE. I’m from Tennessee, so do I really need to say anything else? Country music. Some good drama. I went to college and lived in that area for years. It’s like a wonderful breath of home when I watch it.
