For the second time, TNT’s LEGENDS has a lead.
Sean Bean (HBO’s GAME OF THRONES, LORD OF THE RINGS) will play Martin Odum in the TNT pilot.
The project, which is based on the novel by Robert Littell, previously had Brendan Fraser slated to play Odum, but Fraser walked about when he and producer Howard Gordon (HOMELAND, 24) butted heads over creative visions.
Martin Odum is a deep-cover operative that has an uncanny ability to transform himself into a different person for each job. But his own identity comes into question when a mysterious stranger suggests that Martin isn’t who he thinks he is.
TNT has ordered a pilot, but there is no word as to when production will begin.
