Fox Home Entertainment has announced the season two of LIE TO ME will be released, on DVD, on November 9th.
“Lie to Me” stars Oscar nominee Tim Roth (“The Incredible Hulk”, “Reservoir Dogs”) as the cheeky Dr. Cal Lightman, the world’s foremost expert on deception specializing in detecting facial micro-expressions and involuntary body-language to determine if and why someone is lying. Dr. Lightman heads the Lightman Group, a private agency assisting federal law enforcement, government agencies and local police with their most difficult cases. Joining Dr. Lightman in his work is an all-star cast of Dr. Gillian Foster (Kelli Williams, “The Practice”), a gifted psychologist; Eli Loker (Brendan Hines, “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles”), Lightman’s professional partner and lead researcher; and Ria Torres (Monica Raymund, “Law & Order Special Victims Unit”). Season two marks the highly anticipated regular role of Agent Ben Reynolds (Mekhi Phifer, “8 Mile”) who finds himself reluctantly partnering with the Lightman Group to catch serial rapists and murderers.
DVD Specs: “Lie to Me” Season Two will be presented in SD (1.78:1 aspect ratio) with English 5.1 Dolby Digital and Spanish, French and Portuguese subtitles.

The second half of season two has been outstanding (with one exception) and make this set worth having. Roth and folk are clearly getting comfortable with their roles and the stories have gotten better.
