In the last couple of days, word has come that the Brothers Scott are looking to revisit the past. Ridley is looking to his own past, while Tony is eying that of the legendary Sam Peckinpah. In the case of Ridley, it is his own BLADE RUNNER. For anyone that is not familiar with it (Shame on you!) , Blade Runner was released in 1982. The new version of Blade Runner, which is coming out on DVD on Dec 18th, was originally going to screen in just NYC and L.A. Now it has been announced it will be shown in selected cities accross the country.The Final cut is the film that Ridley Scott always wanted. New Blade Runner website online.

Warner Brothers has put new website up for the forthcoming Ultimate edition of Blade Runner. The site offers footage from the new featurettes. Right now, there is only a preview (Which is the same that is on Yahoo) of Dangerous Days: the making of Blade Runner, but it appears as though more clips will be added. Also available are images from the promotional launch as ComiCon as well as wallpaper (like the one pictured to the left). Blade Runner will be released on Dec 18th in three different packages, ranging from 2-5 DVDs. Click here for complete details on the various packages.

Yahoo has four clips for the 25th anniversary edition of Blade Runner.Earlier this year, Joanna Cassidy reshot some scenes…yes, 25 years later.
