    I recall with vivid clarity when we first met in Vegas 2003, and all that beer you left Grog and I – whihc me managed to quaff before departing back to London

    I'm just starting to become part of the crime fiction community, but it seems a very welcoming and inclusive place. Hopefully I will get a chance to meet you at a future event. Have fun in San Fran – one of my fave US cities.
