TNT is in discussions to have veteran TV director David Semel tackle LEGENDS, according to Deadline.
The series is based on a novel by Robert Lettell and focuses on a deep-cover operative named Martin Odum. Odum who has an uncanny ability to transform himself into a different person for each job. But his own identity comes into question when a mysterious stranger suggests that Martin isn’t who he thinks he is.
Semel’s TV credits go back over 25 years with directing  credits for CSI, DAWSON’S CREEK and HOUSE M.D. Interestingly enough, he seems to have an unusually high amount of experience doing pilots. His pilot credits include LIFE, PERSON OF INTEREST, THE CLEANER and NO ORDINARY FAMILY.
Earlier this month, TNT ordered a pilot for the proposed series.
