Rob Perlman (HELLBOY, SONS OF ANARCHY) has signed on for DRIVE, the film based on the novella by James Sallis.Perlman joins Ryan Gosling, Christina Hendricks, Carey Mulligan, Bryan Cranston and Albert Brooks.
Drive is a dark tale set in Southern California and Arizona, and centers on a stuntman (Ryan Gosling) who is also a wheelman during robberies. Things get really crazy when he discovers that a hit has been put on him.
Nicolas Winding Refn (PUSHER trilogy, BRONSON, VALHALLA RISING) is directing a screenplay by Oscar nominee Hossein Amini (THE WINGS OF THE DOVE, KILLSHOT).
